This draft addresses purchases, renewal, cancellation, billing corrections and refunds for paid offers if and when they become available.

A purchase is governed by the applicable accepted product terms and mandatory consumer rights.

2.Free Products and Development Status

The official GRIDORA site lists a free Windows edition with unlimited paper trading and limited live trading on Base. Network gas, decentralized exchange fees and execution costs are separate.

The product site lists GRIDORA Pro as planned. Consult the current product site for release status. FIXORA, COSTENLY and RENEWLY include prototype or planned features. Pricing and purchase terms require confirmation before offering a paid plan.

Browsing this site does not require payment.

3.Subscription Pricing and Disclosure

Before authorizing a purchase, review the product, total cost, applicable taxes, billing frequency and the renewal and cancellation terms presented with the offer.

If a paid offer includes a trial or promotional price, confirm when charges begin or change and how to cancel. Checkout disclosures and consent records require validation for each planned paid offer.

4.Automatic Renewal

If a paid offer includes automatic renewal, verify the terms, disclosures, affirmative consent process and any required renewal reminders before the offer launches.

Published plans for a future release do not activate a subscription.

5.How to Cancel

Use the cancellation option identified in the accepted purchase terms. If you need help identifying it, contact billing with your purchase channel and order reference.

Removing software or stopping use does not by itself stop recurring billing. Verify cancellation and its effective date with the seller.

Confirm the available cancellation paths and confirmation steps in every applicable purchase channel before publication.

6.Access After Cancellation

Access after cancellation depends on the applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights. Verify the effect of a plan change, including access to software controls, before publication.

A GRIDORA software subscription does not determine ownership of blockchain assets.

7.Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is governed by the accepted purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Report suspected duplicate charges, billing errors or unresolved software failures to billing. Confirm product-specific eligibility, review procedures and statutory rights before publication.

8.How to Request a Refund

Contact [email protected] with the product, order reference or transaction date, purchase channel and a short explanation. Include only relevant non-sensitive information.

Do not provide full card numbers, passwords, recovery phrases or private keys. Confirm the actual refund channels, settlement methods and timeframes before publication.

9.Trading Losses and External Charges

Software subscription refunds are separate from trading activity.

GRIDORA subscription payments do not constitute deposits of trading capital. Cryptocurrency price losses, network gas fees, decentralized exchange fees, slippage, and blockchain transfers are not ordinarily recoverable through cancellation of a software subscription.

This statement does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.Billing Disputes and Consumer Rights

Customers should notify us of suspected duplicate charges or other billing errors so that the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from pursuing rights available under applicable payment-card, consumer protection, or other laws.

Mandatory cancellation requirements, renewal notices, and applicable statutory refund rights take precedence over inconsistent provisions of this policy.
